We use Canada Post as our default shipping service. You will see a selection of service levels to your destination on the 'checkout' page.


We generally ship within a couple of business days.

While we often pack and ship during the weekends as well, please note that there are no pickups by Canada Post on Saturday or Sunday.


Due to the nature of the products we sell, "small packet - air" is the most common and popular shipping option with our international customers. While the most economical, please note that this service has no tracking.

For small and light packages to the USA, there is often a very small difference in price between 'small' and 'tracked' packet. We may, at our discretion, upgrade your shipment at no additional charge. (Especially for higher value orders.) You will see a note and a tracking number added to your order.


Items such as decals and photo-etched details (without additional resin etc.) can be shipped at a lower cost via letter-mail. We use heavy, stay-flat envelopes for this. For the lowest weight tier, expect $5-$6 CAD within Canada or to the USA. Little more internationally and for envelopes over 100 grams.

Our shopping cart doesn't have an option to set this up automatically, but feel free to add a note on the checkout page if you would prefer this option. Complete your order, and we will refund you the difference in shipping charge.

We generally do this automatically if you only order one or two items that qualify.


The shopping cart we use has very limited settings for packaging options. As a result, the shipping charge at the checkout can be significantly under-estimated. This is most likely to happen with orders going outside of North America. Depending on the combination of products ordered, the final package can go over a certain weight limit (usually 250g/500g/1kg), at which point the shipping cost can increase dramatically.

We normally absorb this discrepancy when it's a couple of dollars, but in some situations it can be a lot more. In this case we will contact you and send an invoice for at least a portion of the difference. We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding.

Conversely, should you overpay for shipping by a meaningful amount, we will automatically refund you the difference.
