Policies

Privacy:

We do not share or sell any personal information, to anyone, for any reason. Period.

Any information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order.

We do not store any payment information, as this is all handled by our payment processors such as PayPal, etc.

Product availability:

Our new website is using live inventory, which should generally be showing correct in-stock status. Should there be a rare case of product purchased not being in stock due to some error, we will contact you to make arrangements - option to wait for a restock shipment, partial refund, or other.

Shipping errors / damages:

Should you receive incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

We will correct any errors on our part.

We try to inspect our products for completeness and damages, both when we receive them from suppliers, and prior to shipping to customers.

If you receive a damaged package, please try to take some pictures prior to opening it - this will hopefully help with any potential claims with postal services. While we cannot be held responsible for shipping damages, we will do what we can to resolve the issue.

Returns / refunds:

Should you feel the need to return any item(s), you must contact us within 7 days of receipt for authorization.

Items must be returned, and received by us, in original condition; i.e. shipped properly and safely packaged. (In case of any problems, we may, at our discretion, still accept items with a re-stocking fee. This would be determined based on potential re-sell price.)

Return shipping will be at your expense.

Unauthorized items will not be accepted/refunded.

Website security / SSL:

Our website is properly secured with an SSL certificate. All data transfers are encrypted.

Cookies:

Our shopping cart uses cookies to provide the necessary functionality.

Canadian taxes:

As a small, part-time business we are currently classified as a 'small supplier' and are therefore not required to collect Canadian taxes. This is going to change in the future as we plan to grow and expand.
